We offer four possible combinations for private casks
- –40-L ex-bourbon cask with unpeated spirit
- –40-L ex-bourbon cask with peated spirit
- –40-L ex-sherry cask with unpeated spirit
- –40-L ex-sherry cask with peated spirit
The top floor of our Whisky Cathedral is filled with a long line of exclusive casks: All of your special private whisky casks.
Some send us postcards, asking us to read them out loud to their private casks. Others asks for photos or videos. We love to take samples. We're thinking most of you would probably love a live feed of the casks, as we really appreciate all the affection and follow-up we receive about the journey you have chosen to take with us: creating that unique taste of Myken.
You choose the type of cask you prefer, and unpeated/peated new make you would like to fill it with. Most 40 L private casks will be maturing here for 3-5 years, we're happy to guide you to the right time to bottle your whisky – and throughout the process.
