Myken Arctic Single Malt – Dr. Jekyll’s Nordic series – Værfast 2023
In February, we were visited by four enthusiastic bartenders from Dr.Jekyll's Whiskybar, who got to pick and choose among the barrels in our warehouse to make their own whisky. They finally chose an almost 6-year-old and well-matured ex-sherry cask, complemented with a slightly quieter whiskey from an ex-Pineau des Charantes cask that had just turned 7 years old.
The result was an unsmoked and light but flavorful whisky, with lots of good sweetness and the taste of fresh and dried fruit.
